You have to get the source of the project (either from svn or by downloading the source of the latest release from SourceForge).

Type: 

cd whereever/blinkensisters/lostpixels/game/software/TOOLS/BLPViewer
make clean all
./blpviewer

BLPViwer is now waiting for EBLP-UDP-Frames. You can exit BLPViewer by using the AnyKey-Button on your keyboard while the app. window has the focus.

To make BlinkenSisters sending EBLP-UDP-Frames follow the instructions on this Page: BlinkenUDP

You may want to run BlinkenSisters in windowed mode to see the Game and the BLPViewer at once: 

LostPixels -w -b=127.0.0.1:2323
